    I am Ms. Candy from China, I phoned to your government 40 mins ago about our customer XX who lost the original XX CERTIFICATE for XX 产品--the entry number is XX.

    解释官方的解决方案，我们一直在配合执行，但是走不通。

    We will get the NEW XX CERTIFICATE copy from China government tomorrow.

The problem is, here our city is very small, so our government do not have the public email address.(That is why we could not send the gov. email to your gov. email)  So if we resend the original paper certificate again from China to Australia, the shipment will go bad(their shelf live is very short).
