客户弄丢了一份非常重要的清关文件,十万火急,怎么办?

This is common practice for XX certificates.
 
中国商检局的态度: 先申请挂失,再开具新的证件,没有公对公,必须用快递寄出。。。
 
Now the normal process is : first we have to report the loss of certificate, then we will get the receipt, after getting the receipt, we will send to the receipt to China Commodity Inspection Bureau, they will print the original xx certificate to us, then we send to you by Express.
It will take cost to report the loss of the certificate, US$...
It will take at least 3 working days to get the new original Certification, and 3 days by Fed Ex to you.  So time is also a problem.

客户不理解,为什么不能gov. To gov.
我方解释:政府的事情,更多只能服从。
客户同意挂失,但要求直接把新的证件直接gov email to gov. Email)
 
If Chinese government insist on issuing new certificate.
Will it be an option if new certificate is issued. And electronic copy of the new certificate is e - mailed from Chinese government directly to Australian authorities.
Because the issue is, if we wait for paper copy, it will take a long time to arrive to Australia. 等不了纸张原件了,时间太久,货物质量受到影响,还有滞港费,滞仓费,箱使费等等。
