Mr. Jack  agreed that we could ask the customer’s broker(email: (XX@xx.com.au;) submit the E-copy to your email address: importXXX@abc.gov.au
Now could you pls try to help us send one mail to Sally at XX@abc.gov.au  to explain this issue.
Thank you for your understand and help with us.
Attached is the old copy of the certificate, tomorrow we will get the new one. The broker will send to you tomorrow by mail on line.

总结: 当你努力了,行动了,不管是不是能顺利解决问题, 一定要告诉客户,你一直在努力帮他解决问题,哪怕不是你自己的原因造成的问题,客户能感觉得到你的付出的。 
发走了刚才那封邮件,我继续写邮件,发给客户的货代和CC给客户(一定要让客户知道你一直在努力帮他解决问题,增加客户的信任和粘度)
到了这个工作的时候,其实当时已经是午饭时间,忙完这个事情,基本上是 1点了,才想起要去吃饭,一直坚信,努力,一定会有回应。

Just now I took 40 mins to talk with your XX gov and ask them to make an exception for this shipment because of the shelf life(Time problem).
So they gave us one email, and asked YOUR AAGENT to send email to this email address with the copy of the old and new XX certificate coy by email. Then they will treat this issue by exception.
