    I have got issue with Original of XX Certificate.

XX certificate got lost on the way from us to the agent. It is required that the Chinese agency that issued the certificate e - mails the electronic copy of the certificate to the Australian authorities. The e - mails from the agent will be forwarded to you

We cannot accept XX certificates from Suppliers.

The standard process is Govt to Govt email with either a copy of the original XX

This is common practice for XX certificates.

 

    中国商检局的态度： 先申请挂失，再开具新的证件，没有公对公，必须用快递寄出。。。

 

    Now the normal process is : first we have to report the loss of certificate, then we will get the receipt, after getting the receipt, we will send to the receipt to China Commodity Inspection Bureau, they will print the original xx certificate to us, then we send to you by Express.
